Sooji Dhokla

Sooji dhokla is a delightful and light snack that is available all day long.

Ingredients necessary:

  • 2 Cup Sooji Or Semolina
  • 2 Cup Curd
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • Oil As Required
  • 3/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • Pinch Of Asafoetida
  • Salt As Required
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves

Directions

Add curd to a bowl, then whisk. Mix thoroughly after adding sooji and salt to the curd. If the batter is too thick, add water. For 15 to 20 minutes, keep the mixture covered. Add some oil, a dash of hing, and some mustard seeds to a pan. Fill the sooji batter with this tadka. After that, mix in the baking soda to the sooji batter. Oil should be used to grease a microwave-safe dish. Place the mixture in a microwave-safe container and heat for 10 minutes. Cut into square pieces once it has cooled. Enjoy homemade food mint chutney.
