Razer has refreshed its Blade 15 gaming laptop today, launching the new model with 40-series GPUs and improved hardware. In terms of performance and screen size, the Blade 15 is Razer’s mid-range gaming laptop, and its most recent version is probably the greatest one yet.
The Blade 15 finally includes the NVIDIA 40-series GPUs for next-gen power and performance, following in the footsteps of the Blade 16 and Blade 18 announced earlier this year. It has an RTX 4070 or more. which, by no means, will be subpar in terms of enabling improved graphics and faster frame rates. But if you want the RTX 4080 or 4090, you’ll need to step up to the bigger Blade 16 or Blade 18 because it only supports RTX 4070. By the way, both are now available in RTX 4060 and RTX 4070 models.
The Blade 15 has an Intel Core i7-13800H Processor as standard. The remaining important specifications include 1TB of storage and 16GB of DDR5 5200MHz RAM. which can each be upgraded to a maximum of 64GB and 4TB. A QHD 240Hz refresh rate display is also included in both the 4060 and 4070 variants, albeit it will undoubtedly consume a little more power.
According to Razer, the laptop’s battery life is up to six hours. And if you’re not gaming or turning up the brightness of the display or the RGB backlit keyboard, that’s probably about true. Nevertheless, extended battery life isn’t really intended for gaming computers. The goal of these is to provide a potent, portable gaming experience.
