Acer, a leading technology company, has announced the launch of the Acer Connect Vero W6m mesh router. This eco-friendly router incorporates post-consumer recycled materials into its chassis and features an Eco mode for efficient power consumption. The router’s key features include enhanced connectivity, coverage, and security features including the AXE7800 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6E capability.

Features and Specifications
The Acer Connect Vero W6m is Acer’s first eco-friendly router and offers Wi-Fi 6E connectivity, compliant with the safety standards set by the European Commission’s Radio Equipment Directive. With support for AXE7800 tri-band Wi-Fi 6E (2.4GHz/5GHz/6GHz), the router delivers speeds of up to 7.8Gbps. The router can be paired with up to 4 devices, and its dual-mesh system claims to provide a network range of up to 465m², while the quad-mesh system is designed to extend coverage to 930m² impression. The router is powered by MediaTek’s 2 GHz A53 quad-core processor. It comes with 1GB of LPDDR RAM and 4GB of memory capacity. The frame of the eco-friendly router is made of 30% PCR plastic. Acer Connect Vero W6m integrates Eco mode, which optimizes power consumption not only for the router itself but also for other connected devices.
In keeping with its eco-friendly approach, Acer also packs the Acer Connect Vero W6m with 100% recyclable paper.
