For a healthy alternative, dietician Manpreet offers the recipe for puffed rice mixture, often known as poha mixture. Poha is roasted dry in a kadai. Then, toast the peanuts and the raisins in the ghee, and set each one aside. Curry leaves, fennel seeds, and mustard seeds are added to a kadai with one teaspoon of ghee already heated. Add the roasted chana and continue to sauté for one minute. Mix well before adding roasted poha, peanuts, chat masala, and salt. Store in an airtight glass container after complete cooling.
