IRCTC offers special helicopter package to visit Kedarnath Dham, check booking details

In order to offer pilgrims to Shri Kedarnath Dham helicopter ticket booking services, IRCTC and the Uttarakhand Civil Aviation Development Authority (UCADA) have inked a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). However, as it is required, pilgrims must first register with the Uttarakhand Tourist Development Board in order to reserve the helicopter services. The Char Dham Yatra is a pilgrimage to four holy locations in the high Himalayan Alps, including Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri. The Gangotri Temple Committee will open the doors on April 22 from Akshaya Tritiya, while the doors of Badrinath Dham will open on April 27.

6.34 lakh pilgrims have registered for the Char Dham Yatra, according to the Uttarakhand Tourist Development Council, including 2.41 lakh for Kedarnath Dham, 2.01 lakh for Badrinath Dham, 95,107 for Yamanotri, and 96,449 lakh for Gangotri Dham.
